Corned Beef & Bangers for St. Patrick's Day

May the road rise up to *meat* you!

Smoking Goose is handcrafting Corned Beef just in time for St. Patrick's Day. Available raw (to cook at home) or fully cooked (to heat and serve or slice cold), these grass-fed beef briskets are corned under black peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander, juniper berries, bay leaves, and garlic.

And we're making fresh Bangers, traditional Irish-style sausages, to cook at home, too! Pork shoulder with fresh sage, mace, nutmeg, and cracker crumbs: all seasoned, finely ground, and stuffed in natural pork casings.

lean with the fat cap trimmed off; seasoned and corned, ready to cook 
whole brisket about 6-8lbs each, $11/lb

Fully Cooked Corned Beef (to heat and serve or slice for sandwiches)
lean with the fat cap trimmed off
available by the whole brisket (about 5-7lbs each) or half brisket (about 2-4lbs each), $19/lb

Bangers (raw to cook at home)
four 4oz links in a pound, $8.50/lb
