Meat Mongers assist customers in all areas of the market though their work focuses on 18 feet of meat: our fresh meat case's tempting display of poultry, pork, beef, game, sausages, smoked meats and more. Work includes:
• setting up and maintaining a beautiful display in the fresh meat case
• making sausages and marinades, cutting/butchering to order, preparing sandwiches and cheese + charcuterie boards, and more: these duties are performed in front of and in communication with guests 
• learning the details of a quickly rotating selection of products and sharing this information with guests
• maintaining organization and cleanliness
• plus more!

UPDATE this position has been filled: Baristas assist customers in all areas of the shop, though their work focuses on making the most of each guest's visit. Work includes: 
• greeting guests
• learning the details of a quickly rotating selection of products and sharing this information with guests in person and over the phone
• serving gelato and making coffee drinks
• efficiently and thoughtfully ringing up sales and bagging purchases
• assembling and restocking beautiful counter displays
• maintaining organization and cleanliness
• plus more!
